Use
This machine can be used in the production of courier bags, garment bags, stationery bags, document bags, and side-sealed bags for daily necessities. The tube material that has been flanged is put on the machine - hot melt glue is applied - electric eye tracking - bag making - automatic bag sorting. All processes are completed at one time.
Performance and Features
1. Man-machine interface, touch screen operation, PLC control, easy operation.
2. The speed of the main machine, the speed of pulling material and the speed of discharging material are all automatically and synchronously controlled by the controller.
3. The machine adopts servo motor to fix the length, imported photoelectric eye induction tracking, accurate printing pattern, and automatic parking warning when the electric eye fails.
4. The host motor is controlled by frequency converter, which is easy to operate and reduces power consumption.
5. Automatic counting, the number of stacked sheets can be set arbitrarily, and when the set number is reached, the entire sheet will alarm.
6. Unloading is equipped with imported electric eye tracking, synchronous motor deviation correction, automatic magnetic powder tension control, manual loading, mechanical shaft unloading;
7. Equipped with 8KG hot melt adhesive device, the amount of glue is even, and double servo automatic glue cutting is optional
